Position: Technical Delivery Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Key Responsivities:
1. Own, manage and communicate the operational relationship with assigned client
2. Scope projects with prospects/customers and develop Statements of Work
3. Manage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectives
4. Provide technical and/or business consultative leadership for a specific practice at the pre or post sales level
5. Proactively provide input into the development of Practices' policies, procedures and standards
6. Integrate industry knowledge into practical configuration tactics, techniques and procedures to ensure teams deliver well-rounded and well-developed software solutions
7. Build and maintain relationships with internal sales and sales management stakeholders
8. Facilitate practice area enablement to both sales and PS stakeholders
9. Manage client and project documentation, communications, meetings and required meeting follow-ups
10. Build new delivery material for custom SOW and new/improved collateral for PS offerings
11. Create, implement and track relationship roadmaps and execute on the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction
12. Determine areas for process improvements within both the client and Services teams
