FS Patent Intelligence — a product of Findability Sciences

1. No-Refund Policy
All monthly subscription fees paid for FS Patent Intelligence are non-refundable. By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that Findability Sciences does not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription payment, in full or in part, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Non-use, partial use, or dissatisfaction with the service after purchase;
• Cancellation of the subscription before the end of the current billing cycle;
• Downgrade, suspension, or termination of your account for a violation of the Terms of Service;
• Accidental purchase, renewal, or upgrade of a subscription plan;
• Failure to cancel a subscription before an auto-renewal date;
•Changes in features, pricing, or availability of the service; or
•Any other reason not expressly required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Cancellation -
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund, in whole or in part, for the current or any prior billing period. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not renew.
3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges -
This policy does not limit your right to dispute a charge that resulted from a verifiable technical or billing error on the part of Findability Sciences (for example, a duplicate charge for the same billing period, or a charge processed after a subscription was successfully cancelled prior to renewal). Such issues should be reported to info@findabilitysciences.com within [30] days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a refund; it guarantees only that the charge will be investigated.
4. Statutory and Legally Mandated Rights -
Nothing in this policy is intended to override, limit, or exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and its associated rules, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or under any other applicable law. Where such a mandatory right applies to your purchase, that right will prevail over this policy to the extent of the conflict, and Findability Sciences will honor it accordingly.
5. Third-Party App Store Purchases -
If you subscribed through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is also subject to that platform's own refund policies and procedures, and refund requests for such purchases must be directed to the platform, not to Findability Sciences.
6. Chargebacks -
Initiating a payment card chargeback or bank dispute instead of contacting Findability Sciences directly may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to FS Patent Intelligence, without prejudice to Findability Sciences's right to recover the disputed amount and any associated fees.
7. Changes to This Policy -
Findability Sciences may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date and will apply to subscription payments made on or after that date.
