Global Sugar AI Summit
Baramati 2026
The world’s first decision-grade AI forum for the agricultural value chain — from field to factory.
About The Summit
The Global Sugar AI Summit is envisioned as a focused forum for organizations moving beyond experimentation and beginning to apply artificial intelligence in meaningful, operational ways within the sugar industry. As AI adoption accelerates, early adopters across mills, agri-businesses, and supporting institutions are navigating shared considerations around data readiness, decision confidence, organizational change, and long-term value – areas that benefit from collective learning beyond technology alone.
The summit will bring together pioneering practitioners and ecosystem partners for a day of shared learning, candid discussion, and connection. Designed to bring diverse perspectives into the room, this forum creates space for practical insights: what has worked in real operating environments, what has proven difficult, and what sustained investment in AI truly requires.
The summit is hosted by a coalition of organizations spanning agricultural research, enterprise AI, agro-industrial operations, and education. Together, the hosts contribute complementary perspectives across farm practices, advanced analytics, large-scale sugar production, and capacity building – grounding the forum in both hands-on experience and long-term learning.
With participation from practitioners across multiple geographies, the summit enables cross-regional comparison and peer learning across diverse operating contexts. Selected industry participants will also join as sponsors and contributors, forming a focused ecosystem committed to advancing responsible and impactful AI adoption.
